ABOUT APPROACH TO NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTIOUS DISEASE

OSSA MONDO A&D Limited takes the following measures as a measure against infectious diseases caused by the new coronavirus, placing the health and safety of related people and staff first. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
REGULAR DISINFECTION
Alcohol disinfection is appropriately performed for all equipment (door knobs, doors, restroom doors, OA equipment, etc.) where there is a lot of opportunity for physical contact. We also try to open the packages that arrive from the shipping company after disinfection. For the staff, we regularly inform and thoroughly disinfect hands and fingers.
VENTILATION
In consideration of ventilation, we work and act while avoiding 3 dense (crowded, closed, close).
WEARING A MASK
For your health, safety and public health, our staff wear masks.
SAFETY CONFIRMATION OF STAFF AND TEAM
Using communication tools, we regularly contact staff and teams working remotely to check their physical condition and safety.
NO URGENT NEED TO GO OUT
We are instructing staff to refrain from going out during work hours, such as voluntarily refraining from going out, prohibiting overseas travel, and participating in events where an unspecified number of people gather.
IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD
Until Sunday, February 7, 2021
The implementation period may change depending on the situation.
We will continue to pay close attention to the measures taken by the Government of Japan, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and will continue to work to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections.

新型コロナウイルス感染症への取り組みについて
平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
OSSA MONDO A&D 株式会社では、新型コロナウイルスによる感染症対策として、関係者さまならびにスタッフの健康と安全を第一に考え、以下の対策を行っております。みなさまにはご理解、ご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
定期的な消毒
設備全般（ドアノブ、扉、化粧室の扉、OA機器など）体の触れる機会が多い箇所のアルコール消毒を適宜実施しております。また運送会社から到着するお荷物につきましても消毒後に開封するようにしております。スタッフにつきましては定期的に手や指の消毒を周知、徹底しております。
換気
換気に配慮して、3密（密集・密閉・密接）を避けて作業、行動しております。
マスク着用
みなさまの健康と安全ならびに公衆衛生を考慮し、スタッフはマスクを着用しております。
スタッフ及びチームの安全確認
コミュニケーションツールを活用して、リモートで勤務するスタッフやチームに定期的に連絡を取り、体調や安全を確認するようにしております。
不要不急の外出禁止
スタッフの勤務時間内の不要不急の外出自粛、海外渡航の禁止、不特定多数が集まるイベントなどへの参加などを自粛するよう指導しております。

2021年2月7日日曜日まで
実施期間は状況により前後する可能性がございます。
引き続き当社は日本政府、東京都、厚生労働省などの対策に注視し、今後も新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大防止に努めてまいります。
