The first time wine was drunk, 3000 years ago from now.
From the Roman Empire, wine has been enjoyed beyond time, during the Napoleonic period, to the present age.
Presence that keeps time from the moment when grapes are picked, become wine, filled in bottles.
And existence to start time again by pulling out a stopper.
Indeed, Cork continued to be a keeper of time.
No matter how the times change, the role of wine cork will not change.
Cork will stop someone's time and advance someone's time.
The corks gathered in Tokyo from all over the world moved the time of those who drink it,
Cork is collected daily from now to recycle.
時間の番人、コルク。
初めてワインが飲まれたのは、今から3000年前。
ローマ帝国から、ナポレオン時代、現代まで時を超えてワインは楽しまれてきました。ぶどうが摘まれ、ワインになり、ボトルに充填された瞬間から、時間を留める存在。
そして、栓を抜くことで再び時間をスタートさせる存在。
まさに、コルクは時間の番人であり続けました。
どんなに時代が変わろうとも、ワインコルクの役割は変わらない。
コルクは、誰かの時間を止め、誰かの時間を進める。
世界中から東京に集められたコルクたちは、それを飲む人たちの時間を動かし、
現在もリサイクルするために日々コルクが回収されています。
